Chincoteague Oral Histories

Ranging from as early as 1977 to around 2007, these collected oral histories share the lives and experiences of Chincoteague Island natives, residents, and regulars. The interviews were primarily planned and conducted by the late Margot Hunt, social organizer and a board member of Chincoteague Island Library. Transcriptions, provided by Shirley Fauber, are attached for some of the interviews.
